Overview

Peer2Park is an assistive product, not a parking guarantee.

Peer2Park is intended to help users act on fresh parking signals. It does not reserve parking, guarantee that a space will remain available, authorize parking in restricted areas, or replace a driver's own judgment.

By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Peer2Park for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Assistive only No reservation, no guarantee

You remain responsible for obeying all signs, meters, permits, private-property rules, towing restrictions, and local parking laws.

Use safely No distracted driving

Do not interact with the service in a way that is unsafe, illegal, or distracting while driving. If you are the driver, your first job is operating the vehicle safely.

Rules of use

What you may do, and what you may not do, with Peer2Park.

1. Eligibility and acceptance

  • You must be legally permitted to use the service where you are located.
  • If an app, pilot, or beta has extra onboarding terms, those terms also apply.

2. Parking information is not guaranteed

  • Parking conditions change quickly. A signal may be wrong, stale, blocked, or unavailable by the time you arrive.
  • You are responsible for confirming that a parking space is legal, safe, and actually open before using it.

3. Safe and lawful use

  • Do not use Peer2Park while driving in a way that violates law or creates risk.
  • Do not use the service to trespass, evade parking rules, harass others, or interfere with traffic.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not scrape, reverse engineer, overload, probe, or bypass access controls for the service.
  • Do not upload malware, spam, deceptive content, or false information meant to manipulate results.

5. Permissions and third-party services

  • Some features may depend on camera, location, maps, mobile platforms, or cloud providers.
  • Third-party services such as Apple Maps, app stores, or communication providers may have their own terms that also apply.

6. Feedback and submissions

  • If you send suggestions, ideas, or other feedback, Peer2Park may use that feedback without restriction or compensation unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
  • You remain responsible for the information you choose to submit.
Availability and beta

Peer2Park may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. Beta features, prototypes, pilots, and pre-release systems may be incomplete, interrupted, or removed without notice.

Separate written agreements may govern enterprise pilots, research deployments, or paid commercial arrangements. If so, that separate agreement controls where it conflicts with these public terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Peer2Park does not promise uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, or guaranteed parking outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peer2Park is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by stale parking data, routing choices, towing, tickets, missed opportunities, or unsafe use of the service.

Suspension, updates, and contact

Peer2Park may suspend access for abuse, risk, legal reasons, or violations of these terms. Material changes to these terms should appear on this page with a new effective date. Questions can be sent to ryken15@icloud.com.
